Welcome
Started in 2021 & thanks to his friend Carlos, Mike found a true passion for smoking meats. He dived deep into it and rather quickly found his family & friends saying "THIS IS THE BEST THING I EVER TASTED'. He started thinking that other people should really try his food, which Is how Mikes Smoke House came to be. Mike now has a real love for the BBQ game coupled with entertaining making him ecstatic serving people and having them tell him "Mike's Meat Can't Be Beat!!"
The Difference
Mike takes a incredible amount of time on each and every order, everything is slowly smoked anywhere from 1 hour up to 18 hours. He uses only the highest grade and best types of meat. Theres no short cuts here, every piece of meat, every party, every costumer gets the whole, delicious, mouth watering experience.
Our Services
We offer ON-SITE catering for those that would like us to bring the smoker to you & smoke ON-SITE! We take care of set up and break down and offer a buffet style experience. We also offer DROP OFF catering orders, so no matter what we can accommodate you, parties big & small. Please note that the items we can smoke on site are limited due to many meats requiring a 4+ hour smoke time.
